How does it work?
You choose an item and send me a request using the above request and comments page, an email to hotandhornyknickers@hotmail.co.uk or call 07974695898 where I can take payment over the phone by any card. We also accept paypal or bank transfers. On completion of the transaction, your order will be sent to the supplier, who'll despatch your goods, which are normally sent out within 2 - 4 days after payment is received.
Is it confidential?
Yes! It is completely confidential. It's my business to ensure you get exactly what you ordered as discreetly as possible. Myself or the other girls will send your worn knickers to you in a sealed air tight bag within plain brown envelope.
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, we cannot store your details longer than we need them, so your personal details, e.g. postal address, will be held with us for the period of the transaction and a short period afterwards in case you need to contact us. This is likely to be about 14 days, after this they will be removed from our records.
Your postal address will also be sent to the supplier, who also needs to comply with the Data Protection Act.
Is it genuine?
Unlike other service providers, I accurately describe my items and encourage all suppliers to also do so . So used and worn mean what they say. We don't do 'un WORN' or 'un USED' goods. So in other words I guarantee you will get genuine products that you order. If I hear a genuine complaint about one of my suppliers I'll erase them from my site.
Where do we ship to?
Normally its from UK to UK and Europe, but we will ship worldwide. Again the normal service is Royal mail first or second class.
